The day will be a mix of both structured workshops, movement sessions, food and free time.
Amanda will hold an opening and closing circles, BREATHWORK, sound healing, heart opening, meditation and other beautiful offerings.
Mandy will hold space for working less and making more money and embracing your dream lifestyle.
Sascha will be looking at how we can have more energy and raise our vibe - and how to avoid feeling depleted and burnt out.
There will be space in between for reflection and free time. Lunch and refreshments will be provided, you will have ample time to enjoy the amazing property and connect with others.
